7 nights of accommodations at Casa Kismet — a private retreat haven in the jungle with amazing views of the ocean exclusively reserved for our group
3 nourishing meals per day from Sunday to Friday, plus dinner on arrival day and breakfast on departure day
Round-trip airport transfers to and from Liberia International Airport (LIR)
13 yoga and meditation sessions throughout the week, designed for all levels
A fun and hands-on Costa Rican cooking class
Group transportation to the local art & farmer’s market

Sample Day at Soulful Reset
8:00 AM — Morning Yoga:
Ground & Flow
Start the day with guided breath, slow, intentional movement practice to awaken your body and support nervous system balance.
9:15 AM — Nourishing Breakfast
Enjoy a fresh, whole-food breakfast with fruits, eggs, gluten-free options, and Costa Rican coffee or herbal tea.
Free Time / Optional Journaling or Beach Walk
Relax in a hammock, dip your toes in the sea, or reflect in your journal — this is your time.
11 AM — Yoga or Wellness Workshop
12:30 PM — Wholesome Lunch
Enjoy a vibrant, locally sourced meal prepared by Casa Kismet’s kitchen.
Afternoon Free Time: could include Siesta, or Optional 1:1 Healing Sessions or Optional Excursion
Rest is part of the medicine.
Optional massages, private sessions or excursions are available at an extra fee.
*An early evening group Costa Rican cooking class will be available on one of the days
5:30 PM — Sunset Yoga or Movement Meditation
Unwind with restorative or yin-inspired movement as the sky turns golden.
6:30 PM — Dinner & Connection
A family-style dinner with clean, delicious food, followed by open conversation or quiet time.

Early bedtime encouraged — or stay up stargazing, journaling, or simply enjoying the night breeze.
